Finding the dream manor
A British buyer's story
With over 90 offices and many thousands of contacts across our business, we make connections all over the world. When one of our British clients wanted to buy a country manor in France, and quickly, we took a personal approach.
We put him in touch with our London-based property advisory service. With extensive experience in this niche market, they had no trouble helping our discerning buyer. He soon secured the perfect luxury manor house in Provence.
The next step was a local bank account. Our client did not have to look far. He called his relationship manager, who contacted the HSBC Private Bank team in France. We were able to set up an account straight away, so he could get on with managing his new property without having to deal with another bank.
